DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Depending on the time of your order, we do our best to get your items to you within one to three working days. If you have a furniture emergency please send us a mail at hello@houseofchimwe.com and we'll do our best to assist.
MY ORDER ISN'T THE SIZE IT SAYS ON YOUR SITE!
All of our items are hand-made, so there will always be a slight variance in size. If you feel your item's variance falls outside of a reasonable allowance, send us a mail and we'll gladly assist.
